LAURINBURG — Monday night was electric in Scotland County as the Hooligans won in a dramatic walk-off winner. The excitement didn’t stop there; former Major League baseball player Michael Wright was in attendance at Legion Park.

LAURINBURG — After only being established for no longer than a month, the Highland Hooligans are making headlines. The Hooligans announced via their X account that third baseman Brady Hendrix has been named an East Region-All Star Starter.

LAURINBURG — In the smoldering heat, the Highland Hooligans watched their hope melt away as the Shallotte Shallywags entered Legion Park and escaped with a 10-9 victory.

LAURINBURG — Through the rain, weather delays and after clawing back from a 6-0 deficit; the Highland Hooligans proved nothing could stand in their way as they stormed past the Sandhills Bogeys 11-8, sealing the win without needing all nine innings.

LAURINBURG — Under the bright lights of a Tuesday night, the roar of the crowd echoed across Legion Park. The bleachers were packed, not with your typical baseball fans but with a few more badges and black and blue uniforms in the crowd than usual.
