Christmas is a time of traditions, reflection, and looking forward to a new year. Christmas is also a time of giving.
During the 2020 holiday season the most vulnerable citizens of our community were recognized and remembered by very thoughtful members of our community.
I would like to express my gratitude to many agencies and organizations for their overwhelming support to the foster children and elderly citizens in Scotland County. Through your generous donations, toy drives, sponsorships, and meals, Thanksgiving and Christmas were a much brighter season for many.
A special thank you is extended to the following:
● BJ’s Wish
● Cascades
● Church and Community Services
● Galilee Methodist Church
● The Laurinburg Exchange
● Mad Monkey Motorsports
● Scotland Correctional Institution
● Scotland County Parks and Recreation
● Springfield Church of God
Our community is grateful for your dedication and compassion in helping others.
Sincerely,
April M. Snead, MPM
