Writer thanks city for planting reminders of spring

The tulips in the downtown Laurinburg Art Garden and the daffodils across the street look so pretty and welcoming. There are tulips also in the traffic circle near Morrison Manor that remind us that spring is coming.

Thanks to the City of Laurinburg for those plantings.
