LAURINBURG —The Laurinburg Highland Hooligans are welcoming family and friends to a meet-and-greet at Railroad Bar & Grill on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. Fans will have the opportunity to meet players, purchase merchandise, take photos and get autographs from Hooligans players.
