LAURINBURG —Scotland County native Dominic Blue has committed to Western Wyoming.
Blue, a senior attending Union Pines High School, has had a tremendous wrestling career. Fresh off securing third place in the NHSCA tournament in March and earning All-American honors for the second time, Blue made it official: he will be continuing at Western Wyoming Community College.
