LAURINBURG — In abundance to caution, Scotland Early College High School will operate on a two-hour delay on Tuesday.
Scotland County’s traditional schools have an optional teacher workday Tuesday and Wednesday. Those reporting to school or other offices will observe a two-hour delay on Tuesday.
