Rick’s Catering held a plate sale after catering for Scotland Memorial Hospital, which was providing meals to EMS workers for EMS Appreciation Week. The plates consisted of grilled chicken, string beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, macaroni and cheese, squash casserole and a dessert. Plates were $10 each.
