Casey Barfield named a ‘Key Player’ for the Scotland County Schools

Laurel Hill Elementary School teacher Casey Barfield was named the recipient of the Scotland County Schools’ Key Player Award for the month of January. Barfield was described as being a “model for instructional excellence” and someone who “ensures that her students feel valuable or appreciated each day.” Barfield was nominated by the school’s principal Jeremiah Moore.
