About 20 students from Wagram Elementary School and Spring Hill Middle School stopped by Wagram’s Town Hall to help spruce up the town’s Christmas tree with ornaments on Tuesday. While decorating, students were surprised by a visit from the Grinch, who presented the youth with some Christmas funds. The Town also gave each child a Christmas gift bag.
