Adell Baldwin, Scotland County Schools’ Superintendent, was recently installed as a new member of the Laurinburg Rotary Club. Participating in the installation are Danny Caddell, president; and David Harling, membership chairman. The Laurinburg Rotary Club was established in 1925 and is a service organization with the goal of “doing good locally and in the world.”
