PEMBROKE — The Lumbee Tribe will celebrate the 11th annual Senior Ms. Lumbee Pageant at the A.D. Lewis Auditorium at Robeson Community College in Lumberton on Monday, July 1. The doors are opening at 5:15 p.m. and the pageant is set to start at 6 p.m.
Tickets went on sale May 28 and have already been sold out.
The 2019 Senior Ms. Lumbee contestants are Sharon Jones, Dale Hunt, Betty Brewington and Marilyn Bullard.
The reigning Senior Ms. Lumbee is Wanda Hammonds.
