Barbara Mack, president of Scottish Pilot Club of Laurinburg, and President-Elect Sheila Swift recently presented a check to Peggy McElveen, director of the St. Andrews Equestrian Program, supporting the Ride-Like-A-Knight therapeutic riding program. The gift is part of the effort of the Pilot Club to promote programs and activities that influence change in brain-related disorders, brain health and safety, and other charitable causes through education, volunteerism, financial support, and research. Also in the photo are Stanton Cadow, St. Andrews VP of Institutional Advancement, and Liz Santilli, St. Andrews Ride-Like-A-Knight coordinator. The horse’s name is Tye.
