Truly enjoyed reading Mr. Vincent’s column entitled, “Our little princess meets a King.” He has been encouraging and enticing young writers in the area to help him construct paragraph by paragraph stories.
Miss Amanda Chavis, 12 years old of Maxton, did indeed do a great job this week in her participation in the telling of the developing tale. Especially liked her use of the phrase “dewy morning grass.” I could see it glistening in the sunlight … as the fearsome dog charged across it!
I must go back now and read the previous week’s writings. Thanks, everyone!
