LAURINBURG — The Scotland County Sheriff’s Office has changed the hours for the gun permit office.
It will be open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m to 5 p.m.; and the first and third Saturday of the month from 8 a.m to noon.
People can pick up conceal carry and pistol purchase permits in the display case at the entrance of the sheriff’s office or online at www.scotlandcountysheriff.org.
