LAURINBURG — The Pilot Club of Laurinburg has an educational project called “Adopt-a-Classroom.” The project provides $200 to each of the autistic classroom teachers to purchase items for students’ needs to teach daily living skills. The gifts went to four teachers are at North Laurinburg Elementary School and one teacher at Carver Middle School. Doris Donovan, project chairman, presented the checks to the teachers.
