The Scotland County Memorial Library held a voting education class for kids on Friday in partnership with the League of Women Voters of North Carolina Mid Sandhills region. The two are partnering together for adult voter education class at the library on Aug. 22 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. and on Aug. 23 from noon to 1 p.m. with Board of Elections Director Dell Parker as the speaker.
