LAURINBURG — A traffic stop on Alder Road lead to the passenger of the vehicle being arrested.
The car was traveling on Alder Road when it was pulled over by an officer with the Laurinburg Police Department. The officer made contact with the driver, 39-year-old Tabitha Wyalend and 52-year-old Michael Gilley of Graham.
A search of the names revealed that Gilley had a warrants out for his arrest in Alamance County. The warrants included larceny by an employee and failure to appear for simple possession of marijuana.
He was given a $3,250 bond.
Wyalend was cited for driving with license revoked and released.
