Break-in

LAURINBURG — A resident of Britt Street reported to the police department on Wednesday that unknown persons had entered the residence and vehicle outside the home. The victims reported a Wii game system, food items, 32-inch TV, and the vehicle title and registration totalling $450.

LAURINBURG — Freedom Temple Baptist Church on Produce Market Road reported to the police department on Wednesday that unknown persons had broken in through a window and stole a 55-inch TV valued at $500.

LAURINBURG — The sheriff’s office is investigating a report of a break-in on Pea Bridge Road that saw the theft of two push lawn mowers and damage to a barn door, all at a value of $400.

Vandalism

LAURINBURG — Precision Hair Care on McColl Road reported to the police department on Wednesday that unknown persons had broken the rear glass window of the building.

Larceny

WAGRAM — The sheriff’s office was notified Wednesday of the theft of a .45-caliber Ruger handgun from a retail location on Main Street in Wagram. The value of the gun was $420.

Thefts

LAURINBURG — A report was made to the sheriff’s office Wednesday that a green Honda four-wheeler valued at $2,800 had been stolen from a residence on Airbase Road.

Arrests

LAURINBURG — Keayre Ayinde Allen, 21, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday and charged with two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. His bond was set at $200.

LAURINBURG — Mary Delois Ivey, 21, of Maxton was arrested by sheriff’s deputies and charged with one county of resisting a public officer and one count of failure to heed lights or siren. She was given a $2,500 bond.

LAURINBURG — Alexandia Khaliah Njer Goins, 17, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies on Thursday and charged with resisting a public officer. She was given a $2,500 bond.

LAURINBURG — Deco Faison, 36, an inmate at the Scotland Correctional Institute, was served with an order for arrest on Thursday. The warrant dated back to October 2017.
