LAURINBURG — Laurinburg-area urology patients will soon see a familiar face back in town.
Scotland Health Care System is pleased to announce the return of Dr. Antonios (Tony) Karamalegos (Dr. K.) to our area. Dr. Karamalegos will begin practicing at Laurinburg Urology, an affiliate of Scotland Health Care System, beginning Aug. 1.
“I’m so happy to be returning to Laurinburg and Scotland County,” said Dr. Karamalegos. “I look forward to seeing former and new patients at my new practice location.”
Dr. Karamalegos’ patients come to see him from across the region, including Bennettsville, Pembroke, Rockingham, Lumberton and Hoke County. He has provided care for urology patients in the community since 1989.
A board-certified urologist, Dr. Karamalegos specializes in adult (both male and female) and pediatric urology. He treats a wide variety of urologic conditions and disorders, including urologic cancers.
Procedures offered by Laurinburg Urology include vasectomies, medicinal and surgical treatments for enlarged prostate, incontinence, kidney stone disease, male infertility, ED, and other urologic conditions.
