Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, Dec. 17, 2012 at 3 p.m. at Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel with burial following at Spring Hill Cemetery in Wagram. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2-3 p.m.
John retired after many years of dedicated service with the NCDOT. He then worked with McLaurin-McArthur Chevrolet in Laurinburg. John was also a longtime member of the Montpelier Presbyterian Church in Wagram.
John was preceded in death by his brother Sam McInnis and sister Carolyn McInnis.
To cherish his memory, John leaves behind a sister, Sarah M. Robbins of Ellerbe, a sister-in-law, Betty McInnis of Laurinburg, several nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
The family has entrusted Richard Boles Funeral Service with the arrangements.
