Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel officiated by the Rev. Steven Adams. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
Polly was born on April 11, 1967, a daughter of Edna Baker Easterling and the late Robert Lee Easterling. She was a devoted and loving daughter, mother, grandmother and sister. She worked in manufacturing formerly with ToastMaster/Ingraham Incorporated. She enjoyed being out of doors, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her daughter Jennifer “Megan” Easterling.
Polly is survived by her companion Henry Cooper of the home, her daughter Rebecca “Leann” Herndon of Lumberton, step daughters Kellie Driggers and husband Tony of Laurel Hill and Kandida Chavis of Laurinburg, her mother Edna B. Easterling of Laurinburg, sisters Elaine Matthews of Laurinburg, Shirley McFadden of Hamlet, Brenda Grant and husband Frank of Columbia, S.C., and Pattie Walters and Susan Easterling both of Laurinburg, three grandchildren: MacKenzie Easterling, Kayden Easterling, and Hawk Hammonds, her nieces, her nephews, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be from 1:30-3 p.m. prior to the service on Wednesday at Richard Boles Funeral Service.
