Barbara Ivey of Laurinburg is pleased to announce the wedding of her daughter Crystal Ann Jacobs of Laurel Hill to Richard Joseph Parker of Laurel Hill.
The groom is the son of Donnie Parker of Gibson and Kay Swain of Zachary, La. The bride is the daughter of Barbara Ivey of Laurinburg and Hubert Jacobs of Gibson.
The wedding will be held at 3 p.m. on March 30, 2013 at Gibson Pentecostal Holiness Church in Gibson.
