WAGRAM - James Laviner of Riverton Road reported a larceny at his home on Thursday, according to a sheriff’s report. A blower, a vacuum cleaner, a gas can, and copper wiring were stolen.

LAUREL HILL - Truman Locklear of Peele’s Chapel Road reported a larceny at his home on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report. A lock box and $4,000 in cash were stolen.

HAMLET - Cecil Paul of Hamlet Road reported an incidence of obtaining property by false pretense on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report. A check for $10,000 was stolen.

LAURINBURG - Brian Locklear, 36, of 9280 Hasty Road was arrested Tuesday under a warrant for one count of placing threatening phone calls and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a sheriff’s report. Locklear was placed under a $500 secured bond.

WAGRAM - Jamie Brown, 39, of Garner was arrested Tuesday under a warrant for one felony count of obtaining property by false pretense, according to a sheriff’s report. Brown was placed under a $500 unsecured bond.

WAGRAM - Janis Monroe of North Turnpike Road reported a larceny at her home on Tuesday, according to a sheriff’s report. A green trash can valued at $150 was stolen.

LAURINBURG - Kellie Williams, 43, of 1880 S. Turnpike Road was arrested Tuesday for one count of possession of Schedule III controlled substances, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and one felony count of possession of crack cocaine, according to a sheriff’s report. Williams was placed under a $7,500 secured bond.
