LAURINBURG - Lillian Quick of 4th Street reported a larceny at her home on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report. Stolen were two circular saws valued at $100.

LAUREL HILL - Danny Chavis reported a breaking and entering on Malloy Avenue on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report. A television was stolen.

LAURINBURG - Joseph Gale of Aberdeen Road reported a breaking and entering and larceny at his home on Tuesday, according to a sheriff’s report. Items stolen included assorted tools valued at $500, clothing valued at $500, and a pool stick case valued at $250.

MAXTON - Wendy McMillan, 25, of 298 Dixon Road was arrested Tuesday under a warrant for one count of communicating threats, according to a sheriff’s report. McMillan was released under a written promise to appear in court.

LAURINBURG - Patricia Wilson, 60, of 18901 Blakely Road was issued a criminal summons Tuesday for one count of assault on a child under the age of 12, according to a sheriff’s report.
