WAGRAM - Shirley Lane, 60, of 26329 Turnpike Road was arrested Monday under a warrant for one felony count of identity theft and one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, according to a sheriff’s report. Lane was placed under a $1,000 unsecured bond.

LAUREL HILL - Michael Woods, 26, of 9321 Pet Lane was issued a criminal summons on Monday for one count of communicating threats, according to a sheriff’s report.

LAUREL HILL - Margaret Barber of McFarland Road reported a breaking and entering, damage to real property, and larceny at her home on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report. A 32-inch Sony television valued at $440, a 19-inch Sanyo television valued at $218, a .22 rifle valued at $150, and $1,000 of assorted jewelry were stolen.

LAUREL HILL - Kaysee Chavis, 27, of 20881 Happy Times Road was issued a criminal summons on Monday for one count of placing threatening phone calls, according to a sheriff’s report.

WAGRAM - Fredick Bank, 31, of 24160 Riverton Road was arrested Monday under a warrant for one count of assault on a female, one count of communicating threats, and one count of injury to personal property, according to a sheriff’s report. Bank was placed under a $200 unsecured bond.

LAURINBURG - Christian Johnson of Pea Bridge Road reported a breaking and entering at her home on Monday, according to a sheriff’s report.
