The 2012 version of Christmas on Main Street drew crowds to downtown Laurinburg on Sunday.

With music, food and other Christmas-related festivities on offer, children of every age were getting into the holiday spirit.

Taking center stage Sunday afternoon was the Scotland High School football team, which has advanced to the regional final of the state championship tournament.

Coach Richard Bailey and dozens of Santa-hat-wearing football players helped to spread the cheer on Main Street, taking photos with fans.

The second day of the ARTScotland art fair was held simultaneous to Christmas on Main in the Storytelling and Arts Center. Locals filtered in and out of the center to check out the wares of local artists and to listen to the bluegrass music being played from the stage.
