LAURINBURG - Darrel Johnson, 27, of 19860 McIntosh Road was arrested Thursday under an order for arrest for one count of failure to return rental property, according to a sheriff’s report. Johnson was placed under a $100 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Larry Reeves, 24, of 11761 Pankeytown Road was arrested Thursday under an order for arrest for one count of larceny, according to a sheriff’s report. Reeves was released under a written promise to appear in court.

LAURINBURG - Robert Kirk reported an incidence of assault on Highway 79 on Sunday, according to a sheriff’s report.

LAURINBURG - Charles Witmore of Gibson Road reported an incidence of larceny at his home on Sunday, according to a sheriff’s report. A four ton Trane condensor unit valued at $800 was stolen.

LAURINBURG - David Troublefield, 50, of 222 Homer St.w as arrested Sunday for one count of trespassing and one count of resist, delay, or obstruct, according to a sheriff’s report. Troublefield was placed under a $500 secured bond.
