PEMBROKE-In a back-and-forth affair, seven innings was not enough to determine a winner between Scotland and Purnell Swett Wednesday night.

The Rams Jared Lowery punched a single into center field, scoring Shawn Locklear from second base and coming away with a 14-13 win over the Scots in eight innings.

Greg Jorgensen suffered the loss for Scotland (7-4, 5-4), who will finish up the rain-shortened contest with Richmond today at 5 p.m. The Scots led 3-0 going into the bottom of the third.

For results on both games, pick up Friday's edition of The Laurinbrug Exchange.
