Sydney Smith was crowned Wee Miss at LaurelFest on Saturday while the first runner-up was Emily Tyler.
Alexis Locklear was crowned the winner in the Junior Miss division and Destiny Tyson was named first runner-up.
Nora Locklear was crowned Little Miss and Ashley Barnes was first runner-up.
Laurel Hill man Charles Smith was presented the award for Citizen for the Year.
