Eighteen local schools in Scotland County will display artwork inside downtown stores from Wednesday, May 12th through Saturday, May 22nd.
On the day of the festival (May 15th) the artwork will be displayed and judged by art professors from St. Andrews College. Three winners from each school will be selected and published as a book of children’s art. The publication will be given to the winners and schools, and all other artwork submitted will receive honorable mention ribbons.
