The game was called after five inning via the mercy rule.
Hayley Butler picked up the win inside the circle with a five-inning performance, walking three and striking out 13.
Butler also contributed at the plater, finishing 2-for-3 with a triple.
“Hayley was dominant on the mound,” Eagles Coach Scotty Jacobs said. “She gave us a strong performance, which set the tone for the game.
Grace McCormick led Carver (7-0) with a pair of inside the park home runs and went a perfect 3-for-3 on the day.
Katelyn Britt, like Butler, went 2-for-3 with a double.
Hannah Bray picked up an inside the park home run and finished 1-for-3.
Hailey Clark, Faith Gibson, Caroline Howard and Abby Bra y all had at least one hit in the win.
“I was very pleased with our play today,” Jacobs said. “We put the ball in play and that allowed us to score throughout the game.”
The Eagles be back in action on Thursday when they travel to West Hoke at 4 p.m.
