The summit will feature representatives from the Biofuels Center of North Carolina, NC State University and Clean Burn Fuels, LLC.
Kissell said the event is an opportunity for local industry, government and agriculture leaders to discuss and learn more about the emerging biofuels industry.
Registration will begin at 9 a.m. followed by a panel discussion from 9:30 until 11:30 a.m. The summit will conclude with a tour of the Clean Burn Fuels Ethanol Plant currently under construction in Hoke County.
