One can always adapt it. We need this bill. If other countries can do it then this country can afford to do it. I have not heard that Kissell is proposing some change to the bill only that he does not support it. A no vote for health care is a no vote for his re-election. If he a conservative Democrat then maybe he should switch parties to Republican because they to had eight years to propose a bill and did nothing.
