Tykeria Johnson was the lone Lady Scot (11-2, 3-1 SEC) in double figures with 12 points. Quintavia Deberry and Shantel Smith added nine and eight respectively.
The jayvee boys went into their game with Lumberton without starting point guard Caison Murphy, who was out sick.
Donte Johnson stepped into his place and scored a game-high 18 points, snapping the Scots two-game losing streak with a 65-56 over the Pirates.
"It feels good to get a win in conference despite us not playing as well as we can play," Scotland coach James Bethea said. "The guys stepped it up in Caison's (Murphy) absence. The bench came in and worked real hard even though I know that they can play better."
Travis Wall scored 14 points while Jauan Petty added 11.
Dominique Green finished with seven points while Ronald Clark came off the bench and had six.
Bethea also commended the play of Jerry Avery and Clark in Murphy's absence. He also commented on the play of Lionnel Henderson down low, who steeped in for the injured Stephen Lanutti (ankle).
"We've lost alot of guys through injuries lately," said Bethea. "But we've had guys step up and carry the load."
Scotland will round out the first half of conference today at Richmond County with a 5 pm tip-off.
