The last Business After Hours of the year for the Laurinburg/Scotland County Area Chamber of Commerce is Thursday.

The event is sponsored by the TransFirst and the Plaid Piper and will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Plaid Pipe at 119 Main Street in downtown Laurinburg.

After Hours is a monthly program designed for Laurinburg/Scotland County Area Chamber of Commerce members and their guests. The program is generally held the fourth Thursday of the month, and refreshments and door prizes are provided by the sponsoring businesses. Sponsors have the opportunity to showcase products and services to a diverse crowd of business representatives.

The chamber is taking reservations for the 2010 Business After Hours lineup. Members are featured in weekly e-mails, the chamber’s monthly newsletter and press releases.
