The following is an update on several former gridiron standouts from Scotland High School.

Justin Williams- junior running back, Davidson

Williams has seen action nine games this season and has compiled 252 rushing yards and a touchdown. He’s also had 25 punt returns for 207 yards and 29 kick returns for 583 yards.

J.D. Douglas-Defensive back,UNC Pembroke

Douglas has played in nine games, including one start. He has accumulated 12 tackles (10 solo) and forced a pair of fumbles while intercepting a pass. The redshirt sophomore has a pair of kick returns for 51 yards.

Adam Deese- Junior linebacker, UNC Pembroke

Deese finished an impressive regular season leading the team in tackles with 44 (28 solo) including six-point-five tackles for a loss. He has seen action in all ten games with nine starts for the Braves.

Terrell Manning-Redshirt freshman linebacker, North Carolina State

The 2008 Scotland graduate has seen action in nine games. He has compiled 28 tackles (14 solo), including two-point-five tackles for a loss for the Wolfpack.

Tony Robertson-Junior defensive end, Appalachian State

Robertson has returned for the 2009 season by compiling 11 tackles (three solo) in eight games this season for the Mountaineers.

James Robinson- Redshirt freshman linebacker, UNC Pembroke

Robinson has seen action in seven games this season for the Braves and has registered six tackles (two solo). Pembroke travels to Arkansas Tech on Saturday.

Justin McLean- Receiver/kick returner, Malone (Canton, OH)

McLean has continued to put up solid numbers at receiver for the Pioneers. The 2007 graduate has 26 receptions (second on team) for 332 yards (second) and pair of scores. He also leads the team with 19 kick returns for 453 yards .

Terrance McLean-freshman Linebacker, Appalachian State

The 2008 graduate has picked up eight tackles (two solo) in eight games this season for the Mountaineers.

Cam Sexton- Quarterback, Catawba

The fifth year senior has completed 56-of-115 passes for 728 yards and four touchdowns along with three interceptions for the Indians.
