Total Woman Outreach Ministry, Inc. will present their Fall women and youth conference titled "Taking Control of Your Life" Nov. 6-7 at Nazareth Missionary Baptist Church in Wagram. The two day event is designed, according to Ministry President Essie Davis, to promote the self-esteem and well being of area women through a series of workshops and prayer.

"I hope that this conference will motivate, encourage and inspire women," Davis said, "in order to give them an extra push toward what they need to build a healthy outlook and strong self-esteem. I'm very excited about the quality of presenters we have for this year's conference."

The event begins at 7 p.m. on Nov. 6 with a presentation by Pastor Joann Davis of Greaterglory Ministry in Laurel Hill. Saturday's activities will feature workshops for adults and youths ages 13 through 19 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

"Registration is required, but there is no charge to attend the conference," Davis said. "We hope everyone from the community will attend this outreach ministry, and will enjoy the various workshops on leadership, health, relationships and more that will be offered."
