William Dean Ivey, III has been charged with killing 46-year Michelle Parks, according to Sheriff Shep Jones.
Parks was found dead in her residence at 19941 Old Hundred Road on Wednesday.
Parks' hands were bound behind her back, a plastic bag had been placed over her head and she had received a number of wounds that appeared to be stab wounds or gunshot wounds. A medical examiner said the womand died of asphyxiation.
