Survivors are his wife, Doris Harris; children Wanda Bailey, Daryl Harris, Devon Harris, Tara Toomer; sisters Deloris McMillan, Hattie Cousar, Olivia Davis, Obleaker McQueen, and Mable Fields; brothers Sherman, Anthony, Edmond, Melvin, and Jimmy Harris; and three aunts.
Friends will be received Oct. 1, 2009 with a walk through from 2 to 7 p.m. and a family visit from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Purcell Funeral Home Chapel in Laurinburg.
