The Scots beat the Pirates in four straight sets with the scores 25-6 and 25-8 in game one and 25-8 and 25-17 in the second game.
The Lady Scots open their 2009 campaign with a 2-0 record.
Leading scorers for the Scots were as follows.
Bri Harris had 29 serving points for the Scots. She had 15 aces during the game against Lumberton.
Bailey Jacobs followed with 27 serving points of her own with 6 aces.
Destiny Morrison had 12 serving points with 5 aces on the afternoon.
The Scotland High School 9th grade volleyball team will play again next Monday at home against Purnell Swett.
