Ronnie Harrelson, age 55 of Laurel Hill, passed away on Friday, Sept. 11, 2009 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 14, 2009 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel. A private interment will be held at al later date.

Mr. Harrelson was born Nov. 11, 1953 in Richmond County to the late Willie T. Harrelson and Lois Chavis Harrelson.

Ronnie enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by a brother, Willie T. Harrelson Jr. of Laurinburg; two sisters, Lois Diane Grooms of Laurel Hill and Carol Oxendine and husband Dobbie of Laurinburg; nieces Angela Evans, Wendy Allen, Jill Oxendine and Amanda Sessoms; and nephews William Breeden and Bobby Roller.
