Jameson Inn recognized for top service

The Jameson Inn hotel brand has been ranked number one in customer service for the first half of 2009 by the Market Matrix Hospitality Index (MMHI), according to Laurinburg branch General Manager Stephen Bentley.

"It is great to know our dedication to our guests has been recognized again," Bentley said. "Even in a down economy, our commitment to an excellent lodging experience is our overriding goal."

The award marks five and one half consecutive years that the Jameson Inn has been nationally ranked first in customer satisfaction.

According to Dan Burdakin, president of Park Management Group, most Jameson Inn hotels have completed recent renovations to keep the properties "fresh and attractive". The hotels now feature the trademarked Dreamium beds, Burdakin said, that include triple sheeting and numerous pillows.

"Nothing matters more to our guests than a really comfortable bed with fresh linens and lots of pillows," Burdakin said.
