The Moore County Extension and Community Association, Inc. will sponsor the 16th annual "Kitchens ... and Moore " tour Sept. 10, 2009 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. There will be six private homes on the tour. Although kitchens will be featured, most of the rooms in each house will be shown. Area chefs will serve favorite recipes at each home. The proceeds will go to youth groups such as Moore County 4-H clubs and the Boys and Girls Home of North Carolina, Inc. Tickets will be available at the Village Chapel Hall, Pinehurst, and at each house on the day of the tour fro $20.
