Robin Elaine Brown Nuzzo, age 41 of Seven Lakes, died Wednesday July 22, 2009 at her residence. Mrs. Nuzzo was born May 11, 1968 in Laurinburg to Arthur W. Brown, Sr. and Jean Bowyer Brown.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 25, 2009 at Culdee Presbyterian Church in Eastwood, with the Rev. Christopher J. Bobo and the Rev. Donnie Gillis officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Robin graduated from Scotland High School in 1987. She is a graduate of King's College, Charlotte, class of 1988. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing in 1995 from Sandhills Community College, Southern Pines. She was employed as PREOP/PACU Nurse Manager at The Eye Surgery Center, Southern Pines, NC.

Besides being a wonderful daughter, sister, friend, loving wife and wonderful mother of 8 year old twin boys, William and Anthony, Robin loved life, helping others and spending vacation time with her family at the beach. Robin loved working in her yard and flower gardens.

Robin is survived by her husband of 13 years, Mark W. Nuzzo of Seven Lakes; her two sons William Louis Nuzzo and Mark Anthony Nuzzo of the home in Seven Lakes; her parents, Arthur W. Brown, Sr. and Jean Bowyer Brown of Laurinburg; her father and mother in law, William L. Nuzzo and Helga Nuzzo of Pennsylvania; a brother, Arthur W. Brown, Jr. and wife Beverly of West End; a sister, Kimberly C. Brown of Aberdeen; brother in laws, Chris J. Nuzzo of Dover, Del. and J. Nuzzo of Delmont, Pa.; and a sister in law, Heidi Irr of Pittsburgh, Pa.

A visitation will be held at Boles Funeral Home in Seven Lakes on Friday July 24, 2009 from 5 to 9 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to The American Cancer Society at 8300 Health Park, Ste. 10 Raleigh, NC 27615 or First Health Hospice and Palliative Care at 150 Applecross Road, Pinehurst, NC 28374.
