U.S. Rep. Larry Kissell will be hosting satellite office hours in Scotland County on the fourth Monday of the month.

The office will be set up at the Scotland Memorial Public Library at 312 West Church Street from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The dates will be June 22, July 27, and Aug. 24

"Citizens have the right to access the services provided by a congressional office," Kissell said. "For some people, it is not convenient or even practical for them to travel to one of our three district offices to get help. These satellite office hours are set up so those folks can come out and meet their congressional office workers and get help without having to travel to another county."

A caseworker will be on hand to answer constituent questions and provide assistance with casework. Kissell has district offices in Concord, Rockingham or Fayetteville.
