Marshall holds master's and doctorate degrees from Liberty University in Virginia and from Andersonville Baptist Seminary in Camilla, Ga. He has earned professional lifetime education certification with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) in the areas of all-levels principal, secondary Bible teacher, and Bible specialist. He is a board certified pastoral counselor from the International Board of Christian Counselors and is the author of several books in cluding A Student's New Testament Survey.
Dr. Marshall and his wife Linda have been married for 38 years. THey have three daughters and three grandchildren.
