According to a sheriff's report, 21-year old Jonathan Ward Sheffield is charged with felony conspiracy for his role in the April 9 robbery of First Bank in Laurel Hill.
He is in Scotland County jail under a $100,000 secured bond.
Jones said Sheffield knew about the robbery and had discussions before hand with the other men charged, but does not believe he was present for the robbery.
The other two arrests were Joe Anthony Talbert, 30, and David Aaron Riley, both of Laurel Lane, Laurel Hill. They are each charged with one felony count of armed robbery, according to earlier reports.
They each were placed in Scotland County jail under $250,000 secured bonds.
Talbert is accused of entering the First Bank on Morgan Street with a handgun and demanding money. Witnesses say the bank robber wore a mask.
Investigator George Britt said Talbert left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money in a bag with red ink bomb hidden inside. Britt said the bag exploded, but there were no signs that the ink got on Talbert.
Riley is accused of acting as the getaway driver, according to Britt.
Laurinburg police, state highway patrol and FBI assisted in the case.
Sheffield is currently on probation for five counts of indecent liberties with a minor, two drug charges and a traffic infraction, according to DOC records.
