The Scotland Senior Games kicked off its yearly event this past Friday. Henry Thompson and Lib Sandlin were torch bearers. Volunteers helped ready the playing surfaces. Over 70 Scotland County Seniors are involved in the games. The public is invited to come and support them. Friday, May 1st is Track and Field day that will be held at Scotland High School, activities begin at 8:30.
