Seven arrested in Friday shooting

Deputies charged seven people in a Friday shooting incident, according to a Sheriff Shep Jones.

The group was detained outside a mobile home on Old Wire Road in Laurel Hill after having allegedly shot at the structure with a shotgun.

Jaquan Lee Christian, 18, of Perk Street in Laurinburg, is charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling and felony conspiracy, according to a sheriff's report.

Christian was the only one charged with having fired the weapon.

The six others were charged with felony conspiracy, according to sheriff's reports.

Those charged are:

• Buddy Brayboy Christian, 18, of Perk Street in Laurinburg.

• Natasha Brown, 22, of Washington Street in Laurinburg.

• Anthony Hayes, 22, of Gill Street in Laurinburg.

• Andrew Jawon Alford, 18, of Gill Street in Laurinburg.

• Kiera McRae, 17, of Washington Street in Laurinburg.

• Rochelle Shane White, 18, of Gill Street in Laurinburg.

No one was injured in the incident.
