The panelists include Lowery Ballard, small business center director at RCC; Beth Wilkerson, SBTDC director at Pembroke; Lynne Crawley, Procurement Technical Assistance Center and Andy Foshay, President of PCI, Inc., and Theresa Lamson, President of Laurinburg/Scotland County Chamber of Commerce. All panelists are current or past business owners who have successfully moved forward in a down market or are individuals who are currently helping small businesses with accounting and funding issues.
The following topics will be addressed:
• Taking financial control of your business
• Current funding resources
• Making rational operational decisions
• Marketing within a limited budget
At the conclusion of the seminar, participants will have an opportunity to schedule appointments with small business service providers, including the SBC and SBTDC.
